If you are worried about something, trust in the universe. Whether you are a believer in something, or in nothing, still have faith that everything happens for a reason, and that you are being taken care of. Your decisions are your own, as are the concequences of these decisions.
Believe that even though things are rough right now, they won’t always be that way. It is hard. Seeing the bright side, even when there is no light is also hard. It’s character building to see yourself in better times, in lighter times. It takes a strong heart to lift up beyond all of the worry, or the hurt you are feeling. No matter how long it takes, or how much you struggle, you will come out a stronger, and more inspired person.
Most people collapse at the first sign of struggle. Be one of the first to stand up and say “I can do this!” Weight will be lifted off your shoulders when you commit to tackling the problem you are worrying about. You will lighter, and more energetic. Your ability to tackle your problem will increase ten fold. Half the battle is deciding you can do it. Not choosing to see things from a more positive perspective, but actually putting yourself in a worry free, stress free solution. Remove yourself from the problem entirely. You will thank yourself. Considering now you can see a light at the end of the tunnel that didn’t previously exist.
